Roundwood Ridge II Condominiums is a beautifully constructed group of condominiums in the heart of Lutherville/Timonium section of Baltimore County, Maryland. In 2005, our partner in interior design and architecture, Hall & Co Design, worked with the developer to design the public spaces across four buildings, including lobbies, corridors, community rooms, models, and a sales office. The scope of work included millwork design, space planning, and selections for all finishes, furnishings, and accessories, establishing a timeless, welcoming environment for residents and guests.

Nearly twenty years later, principals, Emily Barron and Brian Thim, refreshed two of the buildings’ common spaces, adding custom Axminster carpeting, decorative lighting, new millwork, and a curated mix of furnishings, fabrics, accessories, and art—demonstrating the longevity of the original design vision and their aptitude in evolving spaces gracefully over time.
